What the inquiry form collects

The form collects your name, phone number, optional email, town or city, county, selected service, project description, preferred timing, and contact preference. It also records the submission time, request reference, and a campaign source if supplied in the link you used. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in project details.

How information is used

Project inquiries are saved in a protected inbox for the authorized website administrator to review and manage. The information is used to understand your request, contact you about it, and track follow-up. Submitting a form does not book an appointment or create an agreed quote. The form does not collect payment information or subscribe you to marketing.

Hosting and security

The site uses its hosting platform and database to serve pages and store requests. The hosting provider may process standard connection and security information. To limit spam, the form uses a short-lived hash based on the connection’s IP address and time window; the inquiry database does not store the raw IP address. Administrator access requires sign-in and authorization. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts have been added to this site.

Keeping and removing information

Inquiries remain in the protected inbox unless removed by the website administrator. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact ProGrade at (270) 317-3756 and provide your inquiry reference if you have it. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request can be handled.

Links, calls, and texts

Facebook links take you to Facebook, where that service’s privacy rules apply. Calling or texting uses your phone or messaging provider. Photos sent by text are handled outside this website’s inquiry form.
